BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail or online but must be confirmed within 2 days. Online bookings are provisional until confirmed by owner.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required when booking. The outstanding balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. A receipt will be sent confirming your booking.
The accommodation is available from 4pm to 7pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. All heating and electricity is included, unless unreasonable amounts are used where by extra cost will be incurred.
If the owner is prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making the accommodation available, then they will refund all monies paid, but no further liability will be accepted.
The number in the party must be stated and must not exceed the maximum people per cabin. No extra guests may be invited to the cabins without the owners’ permission and no one other than the named guests may use any of the facilities. If any person not authorised to stay is found at the cabins all of the party will be asked to leave without refund.
All amenities provided by the owners for guests are used entirely at the guests’ risk and no responsibility will be accepted by the owners other than resulting from the owners’ negligence.
Care of accommodation: – Guests are required to treat our accommodation with due care. It is a condition of booking that should any damage occur, the cost of damage will be borne by the party concerned, at the discretion of the owners. Please note there will be a £50 charge for smoking inside the cabin.
No same sex groups under the age of 25 accepted. No Stag or Hen parties accepted.
If you or any of your party have had Covid-19 or have been in contact with anyone within 14 days of arrival you must inform us and provide us with a negative test result prior to the occupation of your cabin.
If you or any of your party become ill with any Covid-19 symptoms during your stay you must inform us and leave the property immediately to return home to get tested.
If you do have to self-isolate at your cabin due to being too ill to travel, all extra nights and any additional costs incurred will be borne by you. This will include any bookings that we have to cancel due to you not vacating on your check out date.
Cancellations: – When you book any holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests, we therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday and cancelled booking insurance to safeguard your holiday.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING 3 WEEKS OR LESS FROM ARRIVAL DATE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BUT MAY BE REARRANGED FOR ANOTHER DATE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
Coronavirus: please note that a voucher will be given to the value of your payment for any booking cancelled because you have contracted the virus or because of country lockdown situation if not covered by your travel insurance. If you have taken out insurance, you should contact them immediately. We will need some sort of confirmation that your insurance will not be paying out.
